I have just received this email and I was so pleased to see how happy she was that I thought I should publish her letter in full.

When you put your face in someone else’s hands to receive a cosmetic medical treatment you need to know you can trust that person.  I can assure anyone considering a treatment at Eternal Youth they have definitely picked the right Clinic.I had the combined Thermage and Fraxel treatment.  At my consultation Dr Cronin talked me through the procedure with regard to expectations and what was involved etc.

First I had the Thermage - the actual treatment felt as though someone was flicking my face.  It was annoying but not painful.  When I left the clinic my face was a little swollen and flushed. Over the next 6 months the effects started to show and then my face had a gradual lift to it.

The next stage was four Fraxel treatments.

On arrival for this treatment Linda administered cream to numb my skin, made me a coffee, put the television on, gave me magazines and chatted with me.  After an hour my face was numb enough for the Fraxel.

I started at level Two.  During the course of my next three Fraxels I increased to level Four, Five and Six.  My face was red a swollen for a few days, a little itchy and flaking.  However, back to normal after five days.  I bought  make up  at Eternal Youth that helped to cover up the redness which I must say worked well.  After each treatment you skin feels smoother and smoother the lines, age spots and dullness fade.  It is amazing.  When you get to your last two treatments you can really see the difference.

The actual procedure does not hurt.  When the laser first passes over your skin you can’t feel it, on the second pass it feels like a rough facial scrub.

Linda has a unique and down to earth approach that is really relaxing.  She really looks after you before, during and after the procedure, I can’t compliment her enough.

As for my results, I am really pleased.  I had facial scarring from a road accident, that has faded, my skin is very youthful, fresh and clean looking.  I am confident at 45 yrs to leave the house without makeup as a direct result of my treatment, it has taken my skin back years and given me a second chance to look after it again. The changes to my face are subtle and very natural.

Under the circumstances I would recommend the Thermage and Fraxel treatment at Eternal Youth.  I have said to Linda that should anyone want to speak with me about it she can pass on my contact details and I am quite willing to speak

with them.
