Kerry Katona has been drawing admiring glances after stepping out near her home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the Mirror reports.

Katona, a previous winner of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and the face of Iceland, recently underwent extensive cosmetic surgery after the birth of her fourth child Max.

The surgery, which included fat reduction, a breast reduction and stretch mark removal, cost £15,000 as was paid for by an appearance on a reality TV show.

According to one onlooker, Katona's improved physique has given her renewed confidence.

"She looks great - she's slim and is obviously proud of her new figure," the source told the newspaper.

However, it was also disclosed that Katona should not rest on her laurels.

"It's not quite as perfect as she'd have us believe," the source continued.

"Like most mums, she's never going to have a washboard tummy."

Katona recently hit the headlines after a disastrous appearance on the This Morning sofa with Fern Britton and Phillip Schofield.

She has since admitted to being an alcoholic.
