I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here contestant Esther Rantzen has told her fellow contestants that she had botox injections before flying out to Australia, according to the Sun.

The former That's Life host admitted that she hadn't wanted her skin to appear wrinkly on TV so had botox to improve the appearance of her forehead.

She described the procedure as "painful" but explained: "I knew I would be washing my hair and would have all of my forehead on show."

Esther also told Nicola McLean that she would consider further cosmetic surgery in the future.

Page 3 girl Nicola is of course no stranger to cosmetic surgery herself.

The 25-year-old glamour model has previously discussed her breasts with Esther, revealing that she has already had two boob jobs despite being a C cup to begin with.

She is not done with cosmetic surgery yet, as she told Esther that she plans to have a third boob job after having another baby.
